Each large, private cottage features two bedrooms with substantial walk-in closets, and two full bathrooms. The open-concept floor plan features a great room, which can easily be divided into a dining room and living room. Large bay windows in both the kitchen and living room provide beautiful views of our tailored grounds, as does the screened porch or (for most cottages) four-season room. Enjoy the convenience of an eat-in kitchen with generous counter and cabinet space, and an attached one-and-a-half stall garage with room for your car and additional storage. Each cottage comes with customized landscaping, which you may change according to your preference and taste. 

Your cottage includes all your appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal), and an available additional storage area. Community center common areas open to all our residents are a short walk, drive, or courtesy golf cart pick-up away, with casual and fine dining, fitness center, beauty salon, activities areas, card rooms, and much more.
