A screened porch that connects the living room and guest bedroom gives everyone a place to enjoy fresh air during the warmer seasons. 

Your apartment will include all your appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal), ample parking for you and your guests (garages are also available), and an available storage area.
