Home-to-Home Transition Service

This free benefit is coordinated by our transition team, which includes decorators, movers, and efficiency professionals, ready to make sure your move is as easy and worry-free as possible. Want to customize your new home to your liking? We talk with you about what’s most important to you (décor, prized possessions, layout, and more), and what you want in your new home. Then we create it for you, from a custom kitchen to personal décor, fixtures, and the location of all your personal items.

Peace of Mind

Every resident is supported by a neighborhood medical alert system, with fast, on-campus response. Feel safer, with help nearby.

Pets

Pets are welcome here, with some qualifications. Walk our beautiful campus anytime with your favorite pet. Our receptionist even keeps a stash of treats at the front desk for our furry residents!

Housekeeping

Have you always wanted a housekeeper? This service is included for all cottages and apartments. We believe time is precious, and you should spend yours in ways that are most rewarding to you. Tell us your preferences, then leave the housekeeping to us.
